Shipping and Returns
Orders placed by 10am (PDT) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 10am will be processed on the following business day.
Être-Belle are using the following carriers:
DHL, FEDEX, UPS, USPS
For security reasons, we do not ship anywhere else than to the US, Canada and Mexico.
Être-Belle can only ship to the exact billing address associated with the credit card you are using to place your order.
The fees charged on your order do not include customs fees and taxes. You are responsible for any additional customs fees in your destination country.

Estimated arrival in 5-12 business days with potential delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges
- To keep our products save for all our customers we remain from reselling returned Items and do not accept any returns. Therefore we are not eligible for return or refund unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
- However, all items being returned must be unopened, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging, if applicable. Être-Belle can not accept returns for any item that has been opened/used. No refund will be issued for any return that has been used. If you return a used item, it will be shipped back to you without refund.
- Purchase and use of any items are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Before using any cosmetics for the first time, be sure to consult a physician or dermatologist to learn of any allergies you may have to specific ingredients. Être-Belle is not responsible for any allergic reactions as a result of use of the products purchased and cannot provide a refund or exchange in such cases.
If our Customer Service department concludes that an order must be refunded please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to your original method of payment (if paid with a debit card, the funds will be returned to your bank; if a credit card was used then the refund will be returned to your credit card). All refunds are issued immediately and the time for the funds to be returned may vary depending on your bank's policy. If after 5 (five) business days you do not see the refunded posted to your account, please contact Customer Service with your order number. We will investigate the delay and ensure that everything is functioning properly.
Être-Belle accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Once your order is placed, the funds are placed on hold by your bank and will appear as a pending charge. Once your order has shipped, the payment will be processed and will no longer appear as a pending charge on your account.
In order for your order to be approved, your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statements. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, please be sure to enter both addresses during checkout. Contact your banking institution if you are unsure of your billing address.
All orders are subject to review by our Fraud Department. Être-Belle reserves the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud. On occasion, Customer Service may contact you by phone or email for order verification purposes.
Être-Belle USA does not accept competitor or manufacturer coupons. The following rules apply to all Être-Belle coupon codes and promotions:
- Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Coupons cannot be applied to previous orders already processed.
- Coupons are limited to one per customer, per order.
- Coupons are valid until the printed expiration date on each coupon card or as noted in promotional emails.
- Coupons cannot be combined with other offers.
- Être-Belle does not post coupon codes online other than via official social media outlets and promotional emails.
Être-Belle inventory is updated in real time and strives to ensure that all quantities displayed are accurate. On occasion, displayed inventory may be incorrect.
If an item(s) is out of stock after your order is placed, you will be refunded for that item and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Any applicable refunds will be noted on the packing slip included in your order.
Être-Belle is unable to take orders for items that are out of stock but will alert you when specific items/shades become available if you choose so. New inventory will be added immediately to the website as it becomes available.
